Reliable and user-friendly precision-engineered equipment will deliver an atomized spray of virtually any solvent or alcohol product. With typical cycle times of less than 10 seconds, components are thoroughly cleaned and dried while consuming only a minute amount of solvent. Fixtures and other organic contaminants trapped in blind holes and low-standoff areas are dissolved. At the same time, the solvent wetting action combines with controlled impingement to break the bond between any particulates and the component surface to gently flush away inorganic contamination.

The short 10 to 15-second Cobehn process of introducing solvent, combined with a thermostatically controlled in-line heater provides fast drying following the spray cycle which assures that components are thoroughly cleaned, dried, and ready for the next processing stage.

Available with either a dual or single-nozzle automatic atomizing sprayer, it requires only minutes to set up wherever a fume hood, 110-volt electric, and 80-psi nitrogen or air is present. The patented, custom-engineered, atomizing spray nozzle uses only 1/10th of an ounce of solvent per second to eliminate the need for dealing with hazardous waste disposal issues.
